Sustainability Policy

At Neon, we are committed to promoting sustainable practices in every aspect of our event management operations. We recognize the importance of minimizing our environmental impact and contributing to the well-being of our communities. To this end, we have developed the following sustainability policy:

  1. Energy Conservation: We strive to conserve energy wherever possible by turning off all non-essential lighting and equipment during events, and by using energy-efficient equipment and renewable energy sources where feasible.
  2. Waste Reduction: We are committed to reducing the amount of waste generated by our events. We encourage the use of reusable and recyclable materials, provide recycling and composting stations, and work with vendors to reduce packaging waste.
  3. Sustainable Transportation: We encourage the use of public transportation, carpooling, and biking to and from events, and provide incentives for attendees to use sustainable transportation methods.
  4. Local and Organic Food: We prioritize the use of locally-sourced and organic food and beverages at our events, and work with caterers and vendors to reduce food waste.
  5. Water Conservation: We are committed to conserving water by using water-efficient fixtures and encouraging attendees to use refillable water bottles.
  6. Community Engagement: We seek to engage and educate our clients, attendees, and stakeholders about sustainable practices and encourage them to adopt these practices in their daily lives.
  7. Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuously improving our sustainability practices by setting goals, measuring our performance, and making adjustments where necessary.

We believe that by adopting sustainable practices, we can minimize our environmental impact, contribute to the well-being of our communities, and create more memorable and meaningful events for our clients and attendees.
